Kathleen Jacobs Johnson served as librarian for various orchestras before coming to Luck's Music in 1999. A native Detroiter, Kathleen grew up in a musical family and has been involved in music singing and playing a variety of wind and brass instruments since she was young. Becoming more and more involved, she began working as a music librarian starting in high school, and continued on through college at Kalamazoo College while earning a BA in Music and Biology.
Kathleen is happy to help any and all customers by phone or email and works largely with international customers, aria extraction questions, customer service, and mechanical licensing. When not on the phone, Kathleen helps to maintain the Luck's Music catalogs and databases.
She considers her position at Luck's Music a dream come true working for the very publisher whose music she grew up playing.
