Are you wondering whether a specific work is right for your orchestra? Are you sure you intend to buy a piece of music, but would feel more confident if you could review the score before a final decision? Our website contains over 10,000 score PDFs and over 6,000 audio MP3s available for immediate review. If you would like to see the music in print, Luck’s Music Library also offers perusal scores.

Upon request, we will send you perusal scores on approval to provide you with the opportunity of reviewing new and unfamiliar publications before purchasing the complete set. If the set of parts includes a score we will send you a stamped exam score.  If you decide to purchase this title return the exam score and a fresh score will be included with your set of parts.  If the score is sold separately from the set, we will send you a new score with the option to return it.  If you decide to purchase this title keep the score and only order the set of parts.

The continuation of this policy requires that a reasonable percentage of items sent on approval be purchased. We appreciate your compliance with this policy, and ask that you make careful appraisal of the items sent.

Because of this unique service, be advised that we will ship all publications purchased on a NON-RETURNABLE basis. When returning perusal scores for credit, be sure they are properly wrapped and sent in the same condition as when they were received.  This service is only available for scores where the set of parts can be purchased or rented from Luck's Music Library.
